CycleGard --> SafGard

After going crazy troubleshooting irregular cycling on my Peerless 63 Series, I boiled it down to the CycleGard (450) intermittent test BS. That is now getting replaced and, after ruling out the MM float style due to a spacing conflict, less DIY friendly and much more $$, I ordered the SafGard 450 for a simple swap.

Wiring: Given that the CG and FG have almost identical wiring layout (no burner terminal on the SafGard) I'm assuming i can just label and replicate CG wiring layout to FG? SafGard instructions are here, and CycleGard instructions are here.

Placement: Attaching placement related images to see if there are any comments on that. The current placement matches the boiler's (Peerless Series 63) tapping diagram.

Any gotchas I should know about?

Thank you!

PS: Exact boiler model: Peerless 63-05L-SPRK-SP
PPS: I'll also be swapping the pressuretrol for a honeywell 1009 vaporstat and adding a 3 PSI gauge by Measureman (keeping existing 30P gauge as well).

    is that a gas atmosheric burner? I think that the burner terminal is for an oil burner/power burner in certain configurations.

    the burner terminal tells it that the burner is firing, that is isn't off on a limit control but still has a call for heat so it doesn't count that time in its psycho timing of the burner operation to tell when to shut the burner off and check the level. since a safgard doesn't have a timer that shuts the burner off, it doesn't need to know when the burner is firing.

    I don't care for the fact that my CycleGard 2090 tests for an entire 90 secs, although when it kicks in before the pressuretrol has hit it's cut-out 20 mins (With Smart Cycle activated) I don't mind it to much. Actually saves me money on a 20m + call for heat. Often times the tstat is then satisified before the test is over lol.
