Glycol clean up

Hi all

I had a glycol leak onto a finish concrete floor and wondering the best way to clean up. Bummer is people saw it for a week before they told me. Thanks for input.

or does it just look wet forever? is it propylene or ethylene glycol?

Same as any other liquid, just mop it up. Unless you're saying it's stained, in which case I've had the best luck with a Purple Power scrub followed by a Dawn Powerwash scrub. Use that for oil and any other stubborn spill on the garage floor as well

the propylene glycol has dried and is a dark stain. The radiant floor dried it. Wish someone would have told me 2 weeks ago

Bummer! Acid is about the only way I know to get stains that have gone into the concrete

When we sold our last property the shop floor had oil stains from parking the tractor in there, engine oil and hydraulic oil.

I went to Concrete Specalities and they sold me an acid based cleaner that brought it back to new looking. I have seen this used on driveway oil stains also.

I'm not sure about any finish that it has on the slab, and if you would need to reseal it after an acid bath?
