Maybe its just me...
So over the past year I have installed 10-12 GV90+ boilers, in different sizes. These are my go to boilers for lack of problems, and ease of repairs. They last, and typically give me very few issues.
Sadly though in those 10-12 I have replaced the rectifier plug, 591-391-985 on 4 of them. So I ordered 4 but many places seem to be out supplyhouse.com being one. You think it was a bad run of them?
Is it just me?

It would Not be the 1st time a mfg supplier had a bad run of a part.

I have had a bad run with Honeywell and Comfortair, but they stood behind it. Ask Weil-Mclain tech support for the parts while explaining the problems to them. Remember, flattery will gets you everywhere.

You would have to figure out what part of it is actually failing. Rectifiers, bridge rectifiers and diodes in that size ballpark rarely go bad unless abused. I would suspect bad connections inside that molded assembly where you can't easily get to it or inspect it.
