Ecobee controlling Aprilaire 100 Dehumidifier wiring setup?

I have an Aprilaire E100 whole house dehumidifier paired to a Carrier Infinity Gas Furnace.

Installation is return to return.

I want to control Dehumidification to :

A) Not run during A/C cycle

B) Run blower at slower speed during Dehum, does the Ecobee have the logic to this?

On the carrier, does applying 24v to the DEhumidifier terminal slow fan speed?

I can either use Ecobee Smart (with voice) humidistat (acc+) or the E100's humidistat to control, which ever would be simpler. I do have a 90-380 relay available.

I dont know what your thermostat is capable of doing, but I know installing the Apriliaire 76 controller will operate the blower with a call for dehumidification.

Using 24 volt controls rather than communicating with the Infinity UI, you lose a ton of the benefits that the Infinity offers. I would contact Carrier TS to see how all that wires together. If the 90-380 is the plug-in relay for the dehumidifier, I'm not sure that's needed if its not wired for communication.
