Diagnostic Tool For Circulator Pump
I have the flowing "Taco 007-F5-8IFC Circulator with Integral Flow Check, Cast Iron" that I was diagnosing. It seemed like it had intermittent failure. After reading online I thought it was great to own a "Rotation Tester and AC Detector for Circulating Pumps etc". This tool did not spin once on any of the Taco pump I tested that I know works.
Is there a tool like the aforementioned that actually does work to help speedup these types of diagnoses?

I had a rotation tester for three phase motors once and threw it away after the motors I used it on ran backwards.
It possible that the Taco motors draw so little current that it will not work.
Most diagnose them by listening to here if it is pumping a stethoscope may help, an amprobe to see if it is drawing current and a voltage test meter.

I do use those techniques and wanted to see if a tool like this actually works.

Those small plastic "spindicators" do not work on Taco or any of the ECM circs.
Also they just indicate the presence of EMF, it will spin even with a locked rotor.
They are good for mis-diagnosing a pumps operation :)
Great key chains and magnetite detectors however.

years back it seems every hydronic booth at the trade shows was handing out and mis representing those spindicators. Not so much anymore.
They also spin when you put them on some solenoid coils, which rarely spin🫢

In what way are you diagnosing or hoping to diagnose?
You can put your clamp meter around any solenoid to read an electrical current. Not for the actual measurement but to see if it's drawing power.
You can tell if it's drawing current simple enough.
And basically you can tell if it's moving water by feel, and more accurately with a strap on electronic flow meter.
I don't think it's possible to find 'intermittent' failures.0
