Heating zone changes

Hoping for some insight on some hydronic heating changes. I currently have a 2 zone system with 1 zone for each floor.My lower floor has 2 loops that y together into and out of the boiler.I am getting est on new boilers and am thinking about splitting each half of lower floor into it's j zone.Should be as simple as adding circulator and tsat. The house heats fairly evenly except for the kitchen which is at the end of the loop and with 3 exposed walls,other 2 rooms are warmer and have only 1 ext wall. Is it feasible when rezoning that side to reverse the direction so the coldest room heats first.

    After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

    You can reverse a system as long as it is not a Monoflow or Venturi System. Just use caution that you don't "overzone" Having to many small zones can short cycle a boiler and cause other issues, You may find the bleeders on the baseboard on the wrong end of the baseboard though. That may or may not be an issue depending on the way it is piped.

    You might solve the issue bu just adding some baseboard in the kitchen if you have the room.
