Looking for gas orifice for Power Flame burner...

Options

Model CR2-G-20A with 2 inch gas train. Will be firing right about 1,700.000 btu/hr input. I believe that is a 1 1/2 inch orifice size. Power Flame won't be shipping it until Nov 17.

The hole size for that is 1 1/8 inch, so that size or smaller can work

Use a washer for now. I have also used a blank steel or aluminum plate and drilled them to the desired size. In the perfect world you would use a drill press with the correctly sized bit. In reality a step bit will often do the trick.

Amazing that it takes weeks to get a aluminum orifice that is likely sitting on the shelf.

You might try Commercial Heating. They are the Rep in CT. 1-203-753-4317

Yeah, just a hunk of aluminum and a spring. Just a hole in it and maybe a recess to hold it in the tee. Its been to long for me forgot. Might be able to run without it as they do that on the larger burners within the C2 range I think. I can remember in the early 80s when everyone was converting to gas burner delivery got up to 24 weeks.
