boiler radiant radiator annual maintenance

I have an old radiant system running a gas boiler through pex to cast rads. Is there any suggested maintenance i should be doing to the system at the start and/or end of the heat season?

    Never a bad idea to have a clean and check done. Burner adjustment needs to be checked and confirmed with a combustion analyzer.

    A sample of the fluid could be checked. Color, smell, let a glass of it settle out overnight to check for magnetite.
