PRV

Should this PRV be replaced? It was just installed last year, and at some point over the summer the homeowner’s had a bathroom re done in which the demo crew hit a baseboard line. The water to the boiler was turned off, but apparently when it was refilled, or attempted to be refilled, the quick fill lever was forced all the way to the right ( why pay attention to the tag, on top of the valve) for now the boiler seems to be holding pressure but the boiler has not been running a lot as we are in the start of the heating season. I am thinking it should just be replaced, but the house has multiple zones that would have to vent as there is really no way to isolate the PRV thanks to all
