does anyone know of a company that sells premade pump stations for wall hung boilers like a 5 vone with circulators

i can se a lot of problems with that. it would be huge so either you'd have to ship it in a crate or ship it in pieces to assemble subsections on site, trying to get the customer to do that right would be hard and if you shipped it assembled the chance of damage would be great. by the time you have 5 zones there is a lot of variation so whatever you pick to mass produce won't be quite right for any job. i wonder if you could find a shop that would custom make it for you? do you need a lot of them or are you just trying to save time on one job?

There are a few out there like RHT and FloorHeat that offer one-size-fits-all type units with no reference to the actual loads and flow rates. I custom build them to the application in my shop and have them all over the country, but am often a little more expensive than the others due to the custom nature. Triple H in Canada custom builds. FW Webb has prebuilt also. Watts Radiant also.

Sounds like @GroundUp will customize a panel.
