Is there any rebuild kits for the Richardson vents on a steam vapor-vacuum system, or do people just replace them with a Hoffman _____ ?

Replace it. I'd use a Gorton #2. That's on the return line, right?

Go for it. If there is another vent like this one, replace it with a #2 also.

If you need to retain the vacuum aspect, put a teflon ball check valve under it…. we use Apollo 61-104-A1..less spring
