Honeywell Media Filters GAP at the door

Check out the Honeywell Media filters.
M/N F100F1625 or F100F2025, there maybe others.
All the ones with the doors that have a magnet.
The door has foam gasketing to seal the cabinet.
It doesn't have a foam strip to push against the card board of the filter.
Therefore totally unfiltered air passes around the filter at the door bulge.
Its passes about a 3/8 gap X the hieght of the filter 16 or 20 inchs.
I have contacted them and nothing is done about it.
I add my own strip of open cell foam to block the flow.
