Warren Webster

Does anyone know the BTU output of a Warren Webster D33-1D4 down force modine?
Thanks

Warren Webster IIRC is a steam trap brand from long ago.
Webster made a series of fuel pumps for fuel oil heating systems
Webster was also a dictionary publisher.
Could you be looking at a part of a heater that has the name Warren Webster on it, like looking at a car that has Firestone tires on it? That car is not a Firestone car. it might be a Ford or a BMW but it is not a Firestone car.
Can you post a photo?
Otherwise, there is insufficient information to answer your query

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

What @EdTheHeaterMan is trying to say is what does the ratings plate on the unit heater itself say or can you get a picture of the ratings plate. It will be on the cabinet of the heater itself, usually not on the motor.

That patent number is for a modine hydronic unit heater, the patent is dated 1929.

Steam or Hot water?
Warren Webster is long gone. Since Modine had the patent maybe they were owned by WW at one time.
You could try calling Modine if you need the exact BTU maybe they have an old catalog, maybe not.
If it is hot water and you get the pipe size going to the heater (not the connection size) and the motor horsepower and RP and the diameter of the fan blade I could make a reasonable guess.
Steam is a little more difficult but gather the same information

It looks like it says "distributed by warren webster" and "manufactured by John ***TT" but that part is covered in dirt or scraped off. Try maybe carefully soaking it in some water and see if the dirt comes off without the paint. The inventor is named as Arthur Modine so the John name is some other company that maybe licensed the patent.
There are some warren webster catalogs on the main site here, if you look through them you might find a table of unit heaters. From there we can probably help you convert whatever is there to what you need to know.
