air handler needed

Does anyone know of a ducted air handler that is less the 22" deep (front to back) ? Maybe NCP or first company makes one? I am looking at a replacement system that the existing air handler is above the ceiling of the first floor where there is only about 2" of clearance to get the door off. If the motor, or txv had to be replaced the unit would have to be dropped.Either way the unit is at the point that it needs to be replaced. Obviously I want to replace it with a unit that will allow for more access. I have room for width and length, the depth is the issue.thanks to all

    Doubt it. most are standard size and only deviate a little in size. But you need to know the capacity before you look into cabinet size.

    2 ton for a heat pump

    maybe look at those flat, wide ones that first company makes to go over the door in motels.
