A great video on the importance of making sure that the low water cut outs are working properly. They need to be serviced at least yearly and rebuilt when something is questionable. I have seen and witnessed, due to non-working low water cutoff's, fire tube boilers melt the tubes out of the boiler, as well as melting stay bolts and the tube sheets. I also saw H B Smith cast iron sectional boilers and others melt all the way to the outer insulated jacket. What a site and very scary.

Great! Thanks a lot. Ever since I got starlink , I’ve really been enjoying videos like these without any interruptions — the connection has been super smooth. I'm not a professional HVAC tech or anything, but it's a subject that’s always interested me. Over time, I’ve picked up enough to handle most of the basic tasks at home, like cleaning filters, checking thermostats, and even troubleshooting small issues. It’s a good feeling to be able to take care of things yourself, especially when you’re genuinely curious about how it all works
