hot_rod thanks hotrod…I have been reading Siegenthaler's Hydronics book, the Caleffi Hydronics Fundamentals, and I have begun Lowering Water Temperatures in Existing Hydronic Systems. I have book marked the Viessmann videos…and am currently watching (at your suggestion) the Viessmann Fundamentals & Application of Outdoor Reset.
After thinking about this quite a bit I am pretty sure I am going to go the route of a proportional pump setting (probably with a Grundfos Alpha) and pipe some of the rads without TRV's to have enough flow for the boiler at it's lowest modulation.
I am back in school. 😀1
