Carrier weathermaker ignition problem

I have a carrier weathermaker 8000ts that I have been having intermittent ignition problems with. We had similar problems last year and the flame sensor was replaced and it fixed it. This year I started noticing it not igniting the first try. It eventually got worse and would shut down and display code 34 for ignition failure. I decided to try replacing the flame sensor but the problem continued. Everything comes on as it should and you can even see the flames burning at the burners great for a few seconds then it shuts down. I finally noticed the last burner on the manifold where the flame sensor is was not igniting! So I tried cleaning the burner nosil with a needle and it ignited the first time but hasn’t since. Do I need to remove the manifold and clean it mor thoroughly? Or is this a gas pressure issue? Any ideas would be helpful

Could be a gas pressure issue. Not familiar with that specific model but most run 3.5" of gas pressure on the burner manifold. The manual will tell you if the equipment is not marked.

I would also take all the burners and the ignitor and flame sensor out clean and re assemble.

I would carefully reinspect that orifice again, maybe you did not get all the debris out.

is there a way to to test my gas pressure or is that something I have to have my gas provider come out and check?
