Lennox and OEM part numbers

Lennix CBX25UH-060-230-10

First stage sequencers have OEM numbers cross-referenced from OEM 305904 and 305905 to Lennox 12J22 and 12Y80.

But I can't find cross-reference for the two identical second stage sequencers OEM 305498.

Any ideas for replacing the two second stage sequencers?

    I just found out these may not have been the original part numbers when the unit was installed in 2016 and sequencers replaced in 2021.
