Navien NCB 240 error code 110-01

recently had code 773 for wrong gas type detected. Could not reset it and tech help wouldn’t help a homeowner so had to call out a technician. He had to call tech help and after 2.5 hours waiting they steered him to check gas pressure then reset it through a special menu. Worked fine for 2 days when I got error code 110 for blocked exhaust. Went up and checked it and sure enough there was an old bird nest in there. Removed it and tried to reset the boiler but have had no luck. Powered off, waited, retried, it seemed to work briefly but then quit again. Tech help would not help me reset it. Seems that by finding and clearing the blockage that I should be able to reset it. Any thoughts?

on the intake side? Yes. Pulled the screen to ensure it was clean. I tried to pull out the pvc exhaust pipe so I could check the whole pipe, but could not get it free from the fitting at the top of the boiler.

update: searched YouTube and finally found one that matched my symptoms. Key was the gurgling sound during startup before throwing the error code. Cleaned the condensate trap and the drain hose from the bottom of the combustion chamber. It was plugged, leaving water in the chamber which restricted combustion air. Cleaned drain hose and it works like a champ now.
