Slantfin VGH series wall mount with propane kit

in Gas Heating

I have a brand new Slantfin 100,000 btu boiler. Of course no tech support available. I am starting it up and it keeps tripping out with no flow overheat. Is there some genius on this forum that might know these boilers and the parameter that I am missing to get some flow in the system?

    The valves near the circulator are shut for starters. Have you bled the air from the system and is the boiler piped correctly according to the mfg instructions? I am guessing that is a buffer tank and not an indirect? Where does the pipe coming out of the bottom of the circulator go??

    this is some detail of the loop. Should the send and return lines be farther apart?

    the first photo was pre commissioning all the valves are open and pump is running . Wondering if there is a valve or setting for a parameter we are missing. The pump is wired to the zone panel. bleeder valve has been open and bled inside the boiler, top left.
