Uponor 4zone control board not sending power to circulator relay to start circulator

in Oil Heating
I have a double 4 zone zone uponor control module that I installed 5 months ago. It has worked up u til this week when the module won’t send power to to start relay for circulator. Any help would be appreciated!

What are the Leds reading?
Can be the thermostat, thermostat wiring, pump, pump wiring, failed Uponor relay, etc.
