2 year old crown boiler.. over pressurized

I am a home owner with a newish boiler. Noticed the violent release of pressure through the safety valve. Gas steam/hot water boiler. I have drained all the water out and this worked for a bit but then the steam release started again. What are possible causes and how to fix?

    If you have no idea how to fix it call someone who does. Do not tinker with a piece of equipment you know nothing about. One mistake could cost you a lot more than you want to pay.
