Ive been performing the service tune ups on a half dozen or so of these Ultras over the past month on campus where I work.Ive run across one in which the cover has 11 studs total. All the others I’ve used a tourque wrench actually and the W/M tightening sequence. Those others have 13 nuts and the only one with 11 did not have 2 broken or missing, instead of 13.Tune up parts all fit no issues.Burner cone was a little shorter on the Ultra with the 11 cover nuts.Model says 155CT.Tried to find tightening sequencing but wasn’t anywhere,so I didn’t know if anyone ever saw this before

That must be a Series 1 or 2 boiler.
Series 3 they went to 13 nuts.
