Thatcher gas furnace

Octopus type old Thather furnace is flaming all yellow. Can I just ignore it, or is it bad? I am told it might need a new gas valve but they are hard to find. Where can I find one?

    It's time for that old Thatcher to be replaced.

    Post a few pictures. Did the service tech do a combustion test of the furnace? Just saying the flame is yellow may just mean the burner needs cleaning or is out of adjustment..
