Do they still make that adapter that allows you to screw in an electronic probe after removing the float assembly ?

    Hello @Big Ed_4,
    Interesting, probably not hard to make.

    Probably not a popular opinion, but I would rather have the float. My M&M 67 is probably over 50 years old, still works good.

    I remembered seeing the adapter , I liked it..... I guess it did not make it on the shelf . I was thinking to go electronic . It is for a multi boiler hydronic manifold .. Thanks , I will use the 6667 .

    Hello @Big Ed_4,
    You could slightly modify a Dirt Pocket Cap for the M&M 67 (remove metal at Orange dots) so longer screws (the same thread) for the float / switch assembly and flat washers will hold the Dirt Pocket Cap in place, that gets you a 3/4" Female pipe thread for a probe LWCO. The center diameter of the gaskets of each type is almost identical at 1-9/16" on each. Either gasket would probably work with slight modification.

    BTW the Dirt Pocket Cap is very inexpensive.

    Hello @Big Ed_4,
    So what is actually wrong with it ? Does it just need a good careful cleaning ? I clean mine.
    Anyway, looks like all the individual parts are available.

    This LWCO is not a #67 but uses a 6667 float assemble . I saw at a trade show or on a part counter , it was an adapter that screwed in to the McDonald Miller with a 3/4 tap ... I already figured why the part no longer exists :) ...

    Hello @Big Ed_4,
    Well I was not looking for it any more but, I ran across this looking for something else. Seems odd to use the dirt pocket cap in the normal Dirt Pocket Cap position for a M&M #67 LWCO, seems that would be kind of low for proper boiler operation. I would think a special adapter cap (or plate) for a probe type LWCO would go where the float was.

    Anyway;
