Heat pump defrost time

I'm in the Philly area. I have a 2 stage Goodman heat pump that is still on the factory default 30 min defrost timer.  It can also do 60 90 or 120 minutes.  Would 60 be more logical for the Philly area or what would anyone suggest.

    Try it out! It’s not set in stone, you can try 90 to start.

    I'd say you'd be good with 90 like was posted. Today's higher efficiency units have more coil space and doesn't frost up near as fast as the oldies with small coils. Personally I like demand controls that sense that the coil is really frosted so it isn't timing in constantly just because the coil is cold.
