Triangle Tube Leak

I believe I have a leak in my Triangle Tube Prestige Solo.  I believe, but am not sure, it is coming from the low water cut off pressure device on the boiler piping supply.   I am attaching several photos.  It was installed in 2012.

    That is a bad looking situation down below at the LWCO connection, but I'm also noticing the white, mineralized streaking coming down from ABOVE at the boiler "supply union" on the heat exchanger. And, that does not look like a "happy situation" ON and below the wiring busbar at the front of the boiler either. This needs attention right away.
