Green vs. blue varivalve

Does anyone know if there is a difference in how quickly the green and blue varivalve vents move air? I replaced three air vents and the two green vents have no issue wide open. The blue one will spit steam, but this doesn’t happen every time. I didn’t intentionally go with difference colors in using grabbed what I saw at the store. I checked the pitch on the radiator with my level and it’s fine. I closed the blue one about half way and will continue to assess. I’m just wondering if anyone knows of a difference.

Attached varivalve literature.
There is no difference between the valves of different color labels. All the same, just possibly manufactured different dates.0
