How lucky you are. A three year old grand daughter is a true blessing.
I hope you read to her every night. My daughter could read at three years old. I must have read Good Night Moon twenty times, with her setting on my lap, but I would point out each word with my finger as I said it. That's how she learned to read.2 -

My girlfriend's granddaughter just turned 7. But she could operate a cell phone 3 or 4 years ago.
Amazing, like they were born with different knowledge than the rest of us. I was 40 when I turned on my first computer.
