Munchkin High Efficiency Heater w/ 925 Controller - Question - Heat not turning on

Hello all, my heater is not kicking on, I turned it on from the thermostat a couple hours ago and we have baseboard heaters throughout the house, none of them are getting warm over the past couple hours.

I too a look at the display and it had a 71 on it when I looked at it an hour ago, it dropped to a 70 then now a 69, not sure what significance that has , as I couldn't find anything on line.

Any suggestions on what to test or reset?

Thanks all

Can you show the thermostat? Does it have batteries?

  • The control panel is showing the water temperature in the boiler.
It might be on “warm weather shutdown”. If it’s above 68F outside, it won’t fire.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

did the boiler start-up when you adjusted the temp at the thermostat?

Why don't you just go into the programing and look at the data setup? You do have the installation manual, right?

I think he is gone. Probably something simple he found. It would be nice to know, as we sit here with the engine idling.
