Web/phone accessible temperature monitoring options?

I’m new to this. What are some controller boards that have web access and phone accessible apps (iOS/android) that work with radiant (actuator compatible).

My requirements:
-must have a 1 time purchase fee (no annual app maintenance fee)
-must run off of 120v plug
-must support 12 radiant actuators (I believe the standard voltage is 24v)
-must support up to 6 temperature zones
-must connect to the internet either via Wifi(preferred) or wired Ethernet
-must have a good iOS/android monitoring app (easy to use and updated frequently)
-must support wireless thermostats with optional floor probes (modern/clean looking thermostats would be nice)

So far I have looked at:

Uponor - x-165 with M-160 expansion
Salus - AC10RF with SG888ZB (internet gateway)


What are some other options?
