TEKMAR 563 Programming

Hello, I was wondering if you are able to program a TEKMAR 563 to run both a heat pump and hot water rad simultaneously instead of a primary and secondary. Thank you in advance!

    Living room zone on my first floor, I have a heat pump and a few hot water sun rads. I set the stat to use the heat pump as primary bc it also runs a register I have in the basement. The problem is that the living room has a slight chill, the heat pump makes temp on the stat and shuts to soon, I feel the radiators will maintain heat much better.
