All four of my burners fire off and they all run for about 30 seconds then the first one inline shuts off which is causing a lot of propane smell I've cleaned the orifice not sure what else would be the issue....bad burners?? 0

Don't run it if you smell gas.
If you're not a licensed technician, best not to touch it, or we may hear about bad results.
If nothing changed when this happened, it could be gas supply pressure, manifold pressure,
clogged burner tube internally with rust, dust top or gremlins.
Anyhow, do the right thing and call a qualified gas service tech.0 -
I used to do HVAC for 15 years I just never ran into this problem... the solution was it is a concentric vent and the termination was not pushed on correctly so it was sucking in exhaust which was not giving burner one enough oxygen to burn and making it go out.0
