Pressure screw Beckett clean cut

I was just wondering, if you bottom out the pressure screw,approximately how many turns out to get to 100 ,I accidentally turned trying to bleed pump,I know I wasnt supposed to touch it,by mistake,it has flathead screw not Allen screw,I would think most would be the same,all the pictures show in same position,4 ,5 turns out

Yeah you have to get a pressure gauge and reset it to the proper pressure. There's no way to know otherwise.
Then you’ll need to do a full combustion test.

You should check your boiler tag or manual to see what the pressure should be. 100 psi is not common today.

Considering that it's now completely unknown what pressure it's set to, thats probably into the "dont run it" territory.

I agree, but that ship has already sailed.

You need an oil burner tech now. You don't kw what pressure the tech set the burner up at or how they might have had to weak it from their initial guess.
