Recommendations for replacement controls on a residential boiler system

The existing controls are being decommissioned. Modified Tekmar reset control mess.

I'm asking for advice for a replacement system that can manage a hodge-podge build.

there are five zones: on a weil mclain cast iron 200,000 BTU (guess), taco 007 circulator.

two are valved with white rodgers 1361 zone valves.
one is the DHW. no additional circulator.
the second, the cast iron radiators on the two living floors. no additional circulator.

The other three are radiant floor installs, wirsbo wax motor, two wire, 24V
There had existed a mixing valve controlled with a tekmar model.
Also, an additional circulator for those radiant zones.
The mixing valve has been long since siezed to a temp and is just left in place.

Zoning with the WR valves can work with a Taco zone control.

I wish to be able to open the radiant zones on a call and delay that circulator long enough before it starts. This I cant seem to design with the same control.

Id like one control, does it exist?
