Heat only blows hot air when Buderus Boiler is set to manual

I have 3 different heating zones. When the thermostat is set to heating, in 2 of the zones, the central heating system kicks in but only blows air (no hot or cold) until the Buderus Boiler is set to manual from auto, then, it starts blowing warm air. Prior to switching it to manual I check all the pipes and all seem to be warm but they do not blow hot air. I do not have any issues with the hot water or anything else.

The third zone(second floor) does not work at all when all other 2 are working..

I am unable to figure out what the issue/s might be and was hoping someone might be able to provide some guidance. Thank you in advance.

    It could be a bad out door sensor , go to the screen what does the OD temp read ?
    I have enough experience to know , that I dont know it all
