Triangle Tube combo boiler Domestic hot water doesn’t maintain temperature

Per the title discussion, the Triangle Tube Challenger in my home does not maintain temperature of domestic hot water. When the hot water is running, like in the shower or when filling a bath, the temperature of the hot water will begin hot, then go cold, then it'll go hot again, eventually it'll go cold again. These periods hot and cold water will last between 30 seconds and several minutes. I want the temperature of the water to remain steady when I set the taps to run.

while the hot is running,
at the boiler,
can you determine that the boiler is firing on and off and on and off?
ie it's a boiler firing problem ?
or,
do you have questionable plumbing and piping?

post a general distant picture of the boiler, and piping to the ceiling, showing all in one or 2 angles,

Sounds like what you are experience is what could be a "cold water sandwich". Only its lasting an extended period of time. you will need to go to the boiler and watch what is happening. Is the boiler cycling off then on. Can you see fluctuations in your water pressure? Do you have a mixing valve on the outlet of the domestic hot water. A picture says a thousand words (am i saying that right? lol)
