Leaking control well

Has anyone had trouble with leaking LF Brass aqua stat control wells? I've had two leakers on the same job. One leaked within a day and the replacement is leaking 10 months later. Leaking at the braze where the tube attaches to the threaded boss.

    In my over 40 years of service, I have never come across that problem. The kids these days can't even make the good old "stupid proof" parts without screwing them up.

    Back in my day we would not tolerate this nonsense!

    @ScottHerold , who is "LF Brass" and where are you buying these wells? What controls are you using them with?

    LF is lead free brass. If it touches potable water it needs to be LF
    More accurately it is low lead, it’s a weighted average they test to get the certification. It wouldn’t be brass without some lead.
