Panel Radiator

in THE MAIN WALL
I changed out my old radiators for the fancy panel radiators. The panel is now disintegrating and its only 9 years. Is that the lifespan of the panel radiator? I use oil for home heating.

    steam or hot water and which model and brand panel radiator do you have? I have plenty of them installed for much longer than 9 years. Also please post some pictures of your damaged radiator, bonus points for boiler room pictures as well

    Is the system leaking somewhere? Is there non-barrier plastic tubing in the system somewhere? Oxygen from either fresh water being added to the system or permeable tubing is how corrosion happens.

    I have seen some Runtals w issues..
    I also have seen some older Stelrads that started to rot out after 25 years w/ non barrier poly butylene tubing.
    What brand and how are they piped?
