I need new valve for a 1999 era ProMix 101.

My valve failed and I want to replace it. I tried to work through the Tekmar customer support, but never found anyone who could help.

Any idea which 3-way 1 inch valve is compatible with this controller?

    Why not post a picture of your old valve and the wiring so we can see what you have.

    There's 2 wire valves, 3 wire valves, spring return valves 24 volt valves 120 volt valves

    Until we know what you have we can't help

    Pro Mix 101 was 24V floating action. Belimo, tekmar, Honeywell all make replacements.

    This thermometer matches my two digital ones perfectly. It’s 62 degrees out and my radiant is flowing at under 100 degrees from the outdoor reset Taco valve. When it is at or below freezing, it goes to about 150, but is capped at that and won’t get hotter even at below zero temps. That is at the boiler. It is less at the manifold at the garage. My floor temp never goes above about 82 in the hottest areas. I still have two dead loops so on Wednesday I am changing the manifolds to new ones that have working loop balance valves, a purge outlet, and flow meters. I will be able to purge each loop independently. 

    The system can’t keep up and heat the room to above about 64 if it is 16 degrees or less out, so I am programming the propane fireplace to turn on if the room is 67 degrees or lower.

    @rsilvers ,

    82 degree surface temp of the slab is HOT in your garage,

    I would do two things, 1. fix the two loops that are not working whether its purging or controls or whatever. Not having two loops on can easily affect the heat delivery into a space and 2. take the circ there out of AutoMode and put it into fix speed. Auto is designed for thermostatic radiator valve type systems.

    The original valve was made by Erie. Its 24vac floating action. I may still have one on the shelf.
