I have a Laars-Teledyne Heat maker Plus combi, Model 27310, Serial #25085 in a 2 BR 1 bath house in Butte MT. It heats the bath, basin and sink water. The unit also heats the house water which is piped over to a heat exchanger. This then blows forced air into the house. The unit is old and I'd like to replace it. I am considering a Rennai indoor non-condensing combination unit such as an RL75iN. Do you think this unit will do the job?
If not, what are your suggestions? Thanks.

Do not use a Water Heater to do space heating. They are not designed for that and you will end up with problems and be back on this site with Questions on how to get it to heat properly.
Your model number does not match any Laars product Is it this one?
or maybe this one
