Boiler damper wiring

hello everyone, I have a Field Controls damper that I want to install on my Crown steam boiler (standing pilot). The problem is the previous owner removed the original Effikal damper.
I have a 24v transformer powering the Tstat and gas valve with all other safety components present. The 4 wires coming from the damper are #4-BK, #1-BR, #2-Or, and #3-Yel. I am pretty sure from a diagram i have that the BR is hot and the BLK is common and they go directly to the transformer to give power all the time.
But where do the OR and YEL go to? And do they also send a 2nd 24v signal to the damper when tstat calls for heat? Thank you for any help. The Trans. and damper and gas valve are brand new. I am using a Nest Tstat and have 3 wires red, green and white.

Do you have the boiler wiring diagram? The other two wires open and close the damper and also prove the damper is open before allowing the burner to fire

This is the info you are looking for.

You will want to look at the instruction booklet where i found it. if you don't feel comfortable with the level of control wiring in this booklet, you should hire a professional who is familiar with boiler control wiring. If you get it wrong and your boiler operates without an open vent, you could wake up dead tomorrow.
