Homart floor radiator

Need to know if the Homart floor radiator cover is able to be removed in order to clean fins. It appears to be connected to the pipe and fins.

Pictures would help so someone could figure out what it is. Homart was a Sears brand. They didn't make it, someone else did.

I was going to say it looks like CI baseboard but it's not.

Just take off the top cover like you did. brush and vacuum what you can. get a spray bottle (like you use for lawn chemicals) and rinse the fins with water.

Put a shallow cke pan under it as you flush and move it along to catch the water as you go.

I'm not sure that is a top cover vs they permanently bent the cover.

If you don't know what it is @EBEBRATT-Ed, there are only a couple left here that might.

Set your vacuum cleaner up to blow rather than suck air, and blow it out from the top.
