    What does the contractor recommend?

    I believe they are now the only family held larger boiler company in the US. When I had some defective boilers about 10 years ago they truly backed their product. They didn't just say "oh here are the parts, you can eat all the labor", they actually paid true labor costs. I especially like their steam boilers... they have a unique and very effective design. Here in Chicago they still need a good rep though.
