Hi all
is it possible to put on a new baseboard heater enclosure without draining and cutting the pipe? I have a oil hot water baseboard system. The old baseboard enclosure was removed when the new bathroom floor went down. Thank you

It is relatively easy to install the enclosure except for the end caps. Installing the end caps will require careful cutting of the metal and fitting around the pipes.
