Decode Pennco Date Code Anyone?

Pennco Boiler model # 1606 HSD, Series 3, Serial # 30228-0611-6

Looking to decipher the date of this little boiler. Any help is, as always, much appreciated.

    Yes. ECR International seems to make a couple of these rebranded "builders boilers".

    I'll venture a guess. The same as Amtrol with E tanks. In your example above, I would say the manufacturing date is June, 2011. 0611
