Need Help Getting a Radiator Valve Handle

Can anyone suggest where I might obtain a radiator valve handle for the stem shown. It is not square in cross section but two opposite sides are flat and the other opposing sides are rounded. There might be a simple solution here but I don’t see it. Hardware stores and HD and Lowe’s have nothing with a center hole that shape. They all seem square in various sizes. What size screw should I get to lock the handle into the stem?
