Do I Have An Air Eliminator?

in Gas Heating
Hi there, seems that I have 2 pipes coming out of the supply side, but is one really an air eliminator? I haven't seen it done like that on others' systems. The top piece sure seems like one. I just had to bleed my system to deal with some recent noise. Thoughts?

That boiler has an internal air scoop and specifies an air eliminator in the spot shown. So its correct.
It might be faulty though.
It looks like the existing is 1/8th. You could exchange the bell reducer to a 3/4 coupling and install a 3/4 Hy- vent.0
