I have a old Honeywell oil furnace. And the stack relay isn’t working properly I have to keep resetting it. It’s for honey well RA116A part number and model I guess not sure. But my question is there any after market part that will fit this furnace. Cause I looked online and it’s saying it’s almost obsolete to find the original one but not sure which other parts or models that will fit my furnace. Thanks for any help

First you have to make sure the problem is actually in the relay and not something else.
They still sell them but it’s 1940's (or earlier) technology.
A competent oil burner tech could advise you and install a modern cad cell primary control and check safety operation, as well as making sure your burner is operating at maximum efficiency, or as good as you can get with that very old equipment.

    What @STEVEusaPA said.

Your equipment must be old but if it is in otherwise decent condition a "competent" burner tech can install a cad cell control and keep it running

@urbanbullies , what @EBEBRATT-Ed and @STEVEusaPA said. Those old stack relays have incredibly long trial-for-ignition periods, which can cause puffbacks if the oil doesn't ignite right away when the burner starts. Modern controls will lock out in 15 seconds.

Can you post some pics of your system, including the burner? Where are you located?
