NO HEAT TO BATHROOM RADIATOR

The house is was built in the 40's of 50's. Single pipe steam heat with steam radiators. I have a bathroom radiator on the 2nd Floor does not get hot. Why? The other radiators get hot on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

    how does its vent look?
    post a picture,
Is the supply valve completely open ?
what do you see for boiler pressure when and while it's running and the other rads are good and hot?

I just had this exact problem in my 100 year old house's second floor bathroom. Your rad's vent may be "waterlogged", i.e. failing to drain the condensate that accumulates within the vent over one or more heat cycles. It then prevents the steam from entering the rad and thus remains cold.
While the heat is safely off, unscrew the vent from the radiator and see if there's a teaspoon or more of water in it. That would be a sign that the vent's self-siphoning feature isn't working properly.

I replaced my vent today and it seems to be heating up for now. I'll give it a few more heating cycles before I declare victory.
